Alison & Leslie Pinto are a husband-wife duo that share a passion for painting. Both intensely private people, whose expression is explicit & profound through their beautiful works of art. The journey started organically for pleasure and turns of life led them to exhibiting their art as a team.

A self-taught artist, Alison left the corporate world where she previously headed the Creative Design team for a renowned company. An overwhelming desire for creative freedom and a passion for reading color drew her back to her first love for art.
“I strongly believe in the kind of art that ‘speaks’. I believe more than anything, that art can bring about healing. It is not enough for me that a painting is just visually well-executed. Essentially I yearn and strive for each piece to reach deeper within the viewer, evoking an emotional response. It is almost a meditative process for me as I create each artwork.”
These pieces are from a series on empowering women, which celebrates the ageless beauty of strong women who are able to face all nuances of life with ease, strength and grace.
In the spirit of triumphing over circumstance, the artist has focused on capturing moments of hope, anticipation, strength and quiet joy.
